Due to popular demand, a new service has been added to our repertoire!
Sitting Pretty is now able to offer clients the option of having a petsitter
stay in their home overnight. Some pets need a warm body to snuggle up
to at night, and a few half-hour visits per day just isn't quite enough
attention -- or perhaps your pets are used to a late night potty break!
Book early as we have only one overnight sitter at this time!

A typical overnight petsit schedule is as follows:

5-6 p.m. sitter arrives; feeds all pets; cleans litter box; fresh
water; ball throwing; tug-of-war; outside play - your dog's favorite
activities - and/or a walk if your yard isn't secured
6-8:30 p.m. sitter has option of leaving for her own dinner -
perhaps return home to care for her own pets
before 9 p.m. sitter returns for the night; more outside playtime;
major attention & affection; pre-bed potty break as late as needed;
snuggling on couch while watching tv; and the pets may sleep on
the sitter's bed!
6:30 -7:30 a.m. breakfast (of course); morning walk or playtime,
goodbye kisses; sitter leaves

In all, your petsitter will be spending approximately 11 hours in
your home for $65.

If you would like to tweak the hours mentioned above to suit your
particular household, please let us know and we’ll do our best to
accommodate you!

DAY VISITS IN CONJUNCTION WITH OVERNIGHTS:
If you need any additional visits for your pets during the day, or a much
earlier supper visit, please let us know ahead of time so that we can
schedule them. Day visits are charged at the regular rate of $18 for 25-30
minute visits, and may require the use of a different pet sitter. Should a
different sitter be necessary because your overnight sitter has a daytime
job, all of your pets’ pertinent information will be relayed to the other
sitter. Rest assured, you are working with professionals – we will take
excellent care of your pets and your home.
